ARE YOU THE NEW SALES TALENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER?

As a Sales Talent Development Manager, you will work both commercially and as a coach. You are the mentor of a group of Trainees (ultimately 16) who you speak weekly about their assignment and career, but especially about themselves. Of course, you also speak to their managers regularly, because you have a common interest: building the Trainee together to that top Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master or Team Lead. Together with your own Trainees you also organize activities for your mentor group, such as a boat trip, all together to a techno party or a game evening in a cafe. Simply because you like it. You ensure that the right Trainee ends up with the right client in the right assignment, the perfect match. You do this by using our network, but also by expanding your network and by looking for new, cool clients.

HOW DOES THE TRAINEESHIP LOOK?

EVG is looking for self-willed, smart and ambitious recent graduates that suit us. After an intensive one-month training, EVG Start remains responsible for the personal and professional development of our Trainees for at least a year and a half. This is done by, among other things, training, a boot camp, intervision with other Trainees, an EVG Café every quarter and other fun and educational events. But mainly because the Talent Development Manager (we call him / her Mentor) comes to visit every week. To talk to and about the Trainee.

WHO ARE YOU?


Are you ready for the next step after 5 to 10 years of working in sales? Do you want to expand your coaching skills with EVG Start and combine it with your sales experience?
You understand the added value of a mentor because you have had it yourself. Someone who coaches you, advises you and occasionally speaks strongly. It is very important that you are close to the starting professionals and that they can learn from you. A coaching interview with a Trainee is, therefore, part of the application procedure.
You have a drive and are both independent and a team player. You are a natural networker with a positive image and a strong commercial conscience. As a Talent Development Manager, your way of working can best be described as personal, with genuine interest.

AND WHAT DOES EVG START?

EVG Start trains all year round recent graduates with common sense, technical affinity, a healthy ambition, and a completed HBO / WO education to become the IT Managers of tomorrow.
